Family involvement takes many forms, and every contribution helps strengthen our school community. Families may support their child’s classroom, become involved through the PTO, or share their time, talents, and professional expertise with broader school initiatives.

Families can support their child’s classroom through volunteer opportunities connected to activities, projects, special events, and other needs throughout the year.

The TNS PTO helps coordinate volunteers for school events while also planning additional social and community-building activities throughout the year.

Volunteer Commitment

Each family is asked to contribute to our classrooms, events, and school community. Requirements are based on the number of children enrolled and may be fulfilled in several ways, including volunteer time, approved purchases for events or classroom wish lists, or a financial contribution valued at $20 per hour. Any remaining balance at the end of the year will be included on the family’s account.
