Children’s House Creations is a developmentally appropriate art club rooted in the philosophy of process art. The sessions will emphasize exploration, creativity, and sensory engagement rather than focusing on a finished product.

Through hands-on experiences with a variety of materials—such as paint, manipulatives, and natural objects—children are encouraged to make choices, solve problems, and express themselves in meaningful ways. Each activity is intentionally designed to support:

  • Fine motor development through drawing, cutting, squeezing, and manipulating small tools and materials.
  • Gross motor development through large-scale painting, movement-based art, and strength and coordination activities.
  • Cognitive growth as children experiment, observe cause and effect, and engage in early planning and sequencing.
  • Social-emotional skills through shared experiences, self-expression, and confidence-building in a safe, nurturing environment.

My goal is to foster a lifelong love of creativity and learning, honoring each child’s unique process and pace.

With a focus on creativity, confidence, and expression, Children’s House Creations encourages children to develop a deeper appreciation for art while developing their own artistic skills. It’s a wonderful opportunity for kids to make new friends, discover their artistic talents, and have fun!

Please note: There will be no club on 10/13 or 11/3.
