Our chess club is open to ages 5 to adults and welcomes all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players. To increase the diversity of players, this club is also open to children who are not enrolled in the school.
Chess is not just a game, it‘s also a fun and challenging way to practice and develop critical thinking, concentration, and sports manship skills. Being a part of a chess club also offers the opportunity to participate in friendly competitions and tournaments, both within our school and with other schools in the area.

Whether you love crafting epic adventures filled with heroes and challenges, or enjoy creating funny strips that make people laugh, this club gives you the space to bring your ideas to life. You’ll explore new ways to tell stories, develop your own style, and share your creations with friends who love comics just as much as you do.

Crochet Club is a fun and relaxing space where students learn the art of crocheting while building patience, creativity, and fine motor skills. Whether your child is a beginner or already has some experience, they’ll enjoy creating their own projects, from simple chains to more advanced patterns, all while socializing and expressing themselves through fiber art.

Do you love mixing, measuring, and creating delicious treats? Join our Baking Club where young chefs will learn the basics of baking while having fun in the kitchen! Each week, students will explore new recipes, practice important skills like teamwork and following directions, and of course—taste their creations! From cookies to cupcakes and more, this club is the perfect blend of creativity, learning, and tasty fun. No prior baking experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm and sweet tooth!

Please note: We are a nut-free school, so no nuts of any type will be used in our recipes. However, we may be working with ingredients that include egg, dairy, gluten, and wheat.

Join us at Carolina Soccer Factory After School Academy, where the love for soccer meets the passion for developing young leaders. RoboThink is a step-by-step international learning program. All levels accepted. Our exciting STEM programs develop core STEM skills that students apply to school subjects and their future careers, while fostering a love for science and robotics. Mr. Art, our in-house music teacher, is thrilled to offer individual drum lessons to help inspire children to pick up instruments and create music! Mr. Art has been in a rock band for the last 20 years and the drums are truly his passion.

Lessons will be held here on campus and will be offered starting at 3:30 Monday through Friday. Children ages 7 & up are able to sign up and all skill levels welcome!

Former TNS Music Director James Catton returns to our school to offer piano lessons for students aged 5 and up! Available as an after-school activity, Mr. Catton teaches both traditional sight-reading techniques and playing by ear and memory. Lessons are private, one-on-one, and last up to 30 minutes, with skills that can easily be continued at home. Mr. Catton is a verified member of ASCAP, BMI, and PPL.
