Re-enrollment Information

Re-enrollment Forms

Families will receive an emailed SignNow link with each child’s re-enrollment contract. Only one parent’s signature is required, and the contract will be sent to the first parent/guardian listed in Child Pilot unless the family specifies a different recipient.

Additional Forms

Alongside your re-enrollment contract, you will also receive an Annual Medical Update and Emergency Contact form. Please be sure to list non-parent contacts in the emergency contact section, even if they are not local.

Deposits

Re-enrollment deposits and other required fees may be submitted directly through Child Pilot and are due within five business days of receiving the invoice.

Enrollment Confirmation

Your child’s enrollment will be confirmed once the deposit has been received and the completed re-enrollment and emergency contact forms have been signed and processed by the school.

Pre-elementary Summer Camp

Applications for Pre-Elementary (Nido, EY, and CH) Summer 2026 camp are included within the re-enrollment contract and are submitted at the same time. There is no separate summer application form to complete.

Elementary Summer Camp

Elementary summer camp applications are submitted separately, as camps are offered on a weekly basis. Due to limited space, applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Academic Year Deposits (No Summer)

Plan B: Semester Plan (two payments) - $1,300
Plan C: Twelve-month Plan (12 payments) - $1,000

Academic Year Plus Summer 2026 Program Deposits (Pre-elementary Students Only)

Plan D: Pay in Full Plan (one payment) - $1,400
Plan E: Semester Plan (two payments) - $1,600
Plan F: Twelve-month Plan (12 payments) - $1,300

We offer six payment plan options (Plans A–F). Plans D, E, and F include a summer component and are available only to Pre-Elementary families, as summer enrollment option is included in Pre-Elementary re-enrollment forms. Plans A, B, and C apply to the academic year only.

All payment plans are subject to a $40 annual administrative fee per family to cover Child Pilot billing costs.

Families who choose Plans C or F (twelve-month plans) may avoid the built-in 3% finance fee included in the published twelve-month tuition rates by enrolling in an automated payment plan via ACH or credit card. Enrollment in an automated payment plan instead carries a $60 annual finance fee.

Both ACH and credit card payments include processing fees. The school covers ACH processing fees; families are responsible for credit card processing fees.

_____

Plans A and D: Pay in Full
Not subject to a finance fee.
Balance due June 1, 2026.

Plans B and E: Semester Plan
Subject to a $25 annual finance fee per enrollment.
First payment due June 1, 2026; second payment due December 1, 2026.

Plans C and F: Twelve-Month Plan

Families may choose between automated or manual payments.

Automated payment option:
Families may avoid the built-in 3% finance fee by enrolling in an automated payment plan via ACH or credit card. Instead, a $60 annual finance fee will apply.

Manual payment option:
Families who choose a manual payment method will pay the built-in 3% finance fee included in the published tuition rates.

For both automated and manual twelve-month plans, payments begin June 1, 2026, with the final payment due May 1, 2027.

Withdrawals should be submitted to administration by email via [email protected] stating child's name, requested last date of attendance, and the reason for withdrawal.

The parent will be responsible for all applicable tuition, financing, billing, and administrative fees, as well as any incurred incidental charges, outstanding balances, or shortfalls in volunteer hours, regardless of the timing of the withdrawal. In addition to these fees, the parent is responsible for the following charges based on the withdrawal date:

Prior to March 1, 2026:

  • Non-refundable deposit and one full month of tuition

From March 2, 2026, to May 1, 2026:

  • Non-refundable deposit and three full months of tuition

From May 2, 2026, to January 2, 2027:

  • Non-refundable deposit and 70% of the total annual tuition

After January 2, 2027:

  • 100% of the total annual tuition (including deposit)

Summer Program Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests for the summer program must be submitted in writing, including the last date of attendance and the reason for withdrawal. The following charges apply in the event of withdrawal from the Summer 2026 program:

  • If the parent withdraws on or before March 1, 2026, they will be responsible for a $300 deposit and 50% of the summer tuition.
  • Withdrawals after March 1, 2026: The parent is responsible for 100% of the summer tuition.

Returning Pre-Elementary (Nido, EY, and CH) Students

Families with children in the Pre-Elementary program who are returning in the fall should indicate summer enrollment through the re-enrollment contract to secure a space.

For students who will be rising first graders in the fall, please contact the school to determine whether Children’s House or the Elementary summer camps are the best fit.

Pre-Elementary (CH) Students Not Enrolled in the Fall

Families with Pre-Elementary children who are not re-enrolling may inquire about the potential for summer enrollment, pending availability, by emailing [email protected]. Availability may not be confirmed until April or May, once summer needs from newly enrolled families are finalized.

Elementary Camp Applications

Elementary summer camp enrollment is offered on a week-to-week basis and is not included in the re-enrollment contract. Parents of returning students will receive a separate Elementary Summer Camp application during the re-enrollment period. Enrollment is first-come, first-served. Because space is limited, we encourage families to apply as early as possible, as not all applications are guaranteed placement. The deadline to submit applications is February 27.

After February 27, any remaining Elementary summer camp openings will be offered to waitlist families, current students not returning in the fall, alumni, and referral students, in that order. Families who are unable to secure a space may request placement on a waitlist in the event of a withdrawal.

All Elementary summer camp applications received after February 27 will be subject to a $100 enrollment fee.
